This huggable baby is fun to make and even more fun for play. Baby is approx. 19 inches tall when finished. Baby is made with two strands of worsted weight yarn held together and a size G (4 mm) crochet hook. Not shown in pictures here (you can see some on my blog), but baby has a optional stitched bottom/bum and of course belly button. Pattern includes detailed written instructions (in English) for baby, baby's first blanket, hat, wrap shirt and socks. You will need to know basic crochet stitches and how to crochet in the round to finish your doll. Besides yarn and crochet hooks (size G, F and I), you will need fiberfill, a tapestry needle, one pair of size 15 mm safety eyes and a small piece of white felt (1-2", optional for under eyes). Sample doll is shown wears Carter's Newborn size clothes and a Newborn size diaper. Size of your baby doll will depend on your crochet gauge.
