李永清，1948--，江蘇響水人，現爲准安長江書院院長，中國楹聯協會書法藝術研究會副秘書長，中國民族建設研究會書畫藝術專業委員會副主席，中國老年書畫研究會會員，准安市老年書畫研究會副會長。 中國書法家協會顧問權希軍評李永清書法： 李永清先生的書法，別具一格，獨樹一幟，風骨並存，在中國當代書法的大環境下能有字外功夫，實屬難得。他的書法體靜而雅，下筆有力，更有運氣，如天外來客，超凡脫俗，既有性情又不失法度，線條純淨流暢，意趣高妙闊達，字如其人。從運筆、用墨、布局、章法來看，其作品的布局嚴謹而不呆板，靈動而不雜亂，猶如水落石出，滌淨浮塵，秀色自現，風骨獨標，承傳統于字裏行間，出新意與法度之外。真正做到當代書法的審美藝術性、觀賞性的統一，已具有書家之氣度也。
