楊翰儒，名坤，字翰儒，號寒心居士。1954年3月生于安徽省臨泉市一個偏僻的農村。多年從事書學教育和藝術研究。他六歲在母親督導下苦學書法，五十多年從不間斷，廢寢忘食的刻苦求索和藝術實踐，使之形成了當今獨特的書法藝術和表現技法。在繼承了中國傳統書法不同書體的基礎上，又創作了獨具藝術魅力的書法作品，承先啓後。開拓進取！把古之六體精演拓展爲20多種書體及表現形式，填補了中華書法藝術寶庫中的多處空白，爲中國國粹藝術作出了傑出的貢獻！被世人譽爲一代書聖！
